Otawike Youths Initiative Passes Vote of Confidence on Gov. Ikpeazu-led Administration..
The Board of Trustees (BoT) of Otawike Youth Initiatives has passed a vote of confidence on the Abia State Governor Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu on the able ways he has been piloting affairs of the State since he assumed office five years and eight months ago.
A motion to this effect moved by Chief Arthur Nwachukwu and seconded by Mrs. Nkechi Chibueze at the first meeting of the socio-political and cultural organization for the year, said after a holistic appraisal of the stewardship of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, they were impressed of his massive road construction and rehabilitation Initiatives.The meeting which was attended by the Board of Trustees Chairman of Otawike Youth Initiatives, Chief Ginger Obinna Onwusibe, member representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency and presided over by its Commander General, Mr. Tony Otuonye, lauded the Governor on his peaceful approach in governance of the State.
The organization also gave kudos to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for the peaceful conduct of the December 18, 2020 Local Government election and his support to Chief Chinwendu Ochulor in emerging as the Executive Chairman of Isiala Ngwa North Local Government.
The Otawike Youths Initiative as well expressed gratitude to the Governor for attending their 5th National Convention on December 16, 2020 at Nbawsi which coincided with the commissioning of the Chuku Wachukwu Mini Stadium, constructed by the Board of Trustees Chairman of the organization.
