Today, Monday, April 2021, the forum of Ohafia PDP ward chairmen was at Onyerubi close, my umuahia residence on a courtesy and solidarity visit .
Their submissions centered on how to bring to end disunity among party leaders to the grassroots in the LGA.
**The need to expand the frontiers of the party in the LGA including shortage of party offices and logistics to hold regular party meetings in the various wards and the need to highlight the projects so far delivered to keep them informed in view of their new roles in the party .
The chairmen thanked me for my efforts in NMURI BRIDGE and were proud to say that the entire Federal constituency is proud to be identified with me in seeing to the realization of the unprecedented feat.
Adding that the federal constituency has never witnessed such impactful representation in projects, empowerments among others.
I used the opportunity to present to them all my ongoing and completed projects and future upcoming projects across the eleven (11) wards of the Ohafia LGA including the Abiriba Amurie Nkporo I attracted since 2018 during my first tenure.
I assured them of my willingness to collaborate with my brother state legislators from Ohafia South and Ohafia North and present a common front that will advance the course of our party to the Deputy Governor and other notable stakeholders from Ohafia LGA with a view to promoting unity.
While assuring them of my continuous support in future programs I reiterated the point that stakeholdership has been redefined to mean people/person that can deliver his polling units/ward at any election as days of generalization of that term has gone for good.
I thanked them for the visit with a strong assurance towards making the interaction more regular as requested and wished them all journey mercies.
