Hon. Nkole described the celebrating Isialangwa North lawmaker as a grass rooted, consummate and productive politician who is at home with his people. Stating that the cerebral Hon. Ginger has over the years proven to be a man of tried capacities, good convictions, and astute leadership qualities.
