Nigeria youths have been encouraged to Seek knowledge and be very enthusiastic about learning, studying and constant self improvement.
An Abia born billionaire business mogul and Chairman Caades group, Dr Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, gave the admonition in a weekly online motivational message, tagged #Mondaymotivation posted via his official social media handle.
He advised those who are entrepreneurs and those who are on the path to entrepreneurship to stop feeling intimidated by already existing “market leaders” in their chosen field. He noted that Nigeria is a young developing country, and in essence, no sector is fully developed or saturated, and urged them to keep searching for a niche solution and never stop innovating.
“There is no sector where there are no ample opportunities for innovation, growth and even market dominance” he said.
“Note that if the consumer still experiences some pain points in utilizing any product or services that is an opportunity for you to step in and ease that pain with superior product/service. As long as there are frictions in the marketplace there are opportunities for wealth creation to those who would smoothen these frictions” He added
Dr. Anyaso however advised the youths to not ever dabble into any business without garnering the requisite knowledge to guide their decision making processes.
