I wish to thank and appreciate delegations from the Ohafia Leaders of thought for their wisdom in paying a courtesy call on the Federal Minister Of Works and Housing Mr Babatunde Fashola for the implementation of my legislative inputs towards the realization of the Nmuri concrete bridge I had facilitated in the cause of the 2021 FGN budget as signed into law by Mr President on 31/12/2020 without which the execution wouldn’t have been feasible.

2. I also thank the leader of the delegation Bar Etigwe Uwa (SAN) for putting a call across to me to appreciate my efforts in all these and Ezeogo Kalu Ikenga of Amuma Ohafia who was part of the delegation and also the Federal Ministry Of Works And Housing officials who had earlier called to confirm my availability for the visit .

3. Again my apologies for my absence from the event due to the short notice of the invitation to the event by the Ministry Officials as a result of my other earlier pressing National engagements yesterday.

4. Such a visit will go along way to buttress our point to the Executive arm that what we legislators fight in terms of projects during appropriations is actually a reflection of the needs of the grassroots that we represent and I assure that this one is a tonic for me to do more.
