Valentine Chineto Ozigbo has emerged the candidate of PD.

He scored 62 to beat Obiorah Okonkwo who scored 58 votes. Iyom Uche Ekwunife scored 44 votes.
Dr Godwin Maduka scored 5 votes
Winston Udeh scored 12 votes.
