The administration of Dr Okezie Victor Chibuikem Ikpeazu have completed the construction of Ngwa road from No. 1 Ngwa road to Emelogu road Aba, making him the first ever Abia Governor to start and complete the construction of Ngwa road.
The last time construction took place on that road was during the time of Sam Mbakwe.
