There are strong indications coming out from Anambra Treasury house which is quoting that the actually amount of 300-400 million quoted by the Governor Prof Chukwuma Soludo was actually the amount in the state Account as of 31st December 2021.
According to AIF Media the actual amount is 1.4 million naira as at the day of the inauguration.

There are strong indications that the actual amount in the state Treasury as at March 17, 2022 was only 1.4 million naira.
The 300-400 million naira said on Arise TV was what was in the state coffers as at December 31, 2021.
It came down to a mere 1.4 million naira as at the time they handed over and rushed to airport to flee to Houston.
That’s how bad the treasury is.
