….CONDENM CHIEF CHARLES OGBONNA’S STATEMENT
The elders and major stakeholders of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area has condemned in its entirety the statement credited to Chief Charles Ogbonna that no Ngwa man shall be Governor come 2023 in Abia State.
The statement which have sparked off reactions from all Ukwa la Ngwa people is viewed as capable of bringing disunity amongst PDP faithful’s in Abia State as well as a slap on the face of the entire Ngwa nation.
Reacting further to the statement, the stakeholders argued that Ngwa people are law abiding citizens and have contributed to the development of Abia State and also the right to contest for any elective post in Abia State come 2023 general elections.
