Rt Hon Dr Cosmos Ndukwe was the deputy Speaker of the 6ty Abia state House of Assembly, he is from Item in Bende LGA of Abia state.

Apart from satisfying the prerequisite constitutional academic qualification, I am mentally and physically prepared to recover Nigeria and hand same over to the real owners – the people. When the people are enthroned, the minutest policy will contribute to rebuilding Nigeria.
