The political rivalry between Distinguished Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, the former Senator Representing Abia North Senatorial district in the 8th National Assembly and Hon. Uko Nkole who is the member representing the people of the Arochukwu/Ohafia federal constituency is set to be renewed as information reaching us have it that the Arochukwu/Ohafia federal legislator, Hon Uko Ndukwe Nkole have joined Abia North Senatorial Race come 2023, under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party PDP.

According to reliable sources around the Federal Rep member, he has made his interest known and has equally purchased the expression of interest and nomination forms.

Mr Project as fondly called by his supporters and admirers will be going head to head with Senator Mao Ohuabunwa for the ticket of the People’s Democratic Party PDP come May 2022.

Both lawmakers during the 8th National Assembly were always on each other, from dragging on projects to dragging the leader of the party in Arochukwu LGA.

Most of the projects dragged include the Ndi Ebe Abam bailey bridge, the Omenuko bridge, Ozu Abam and the Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal constituency.
