A United States based socio-cultural organization, Ntigha in North America (NiNA), has congratulated the new Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State, Chief Okey Ahiwe on his appointment.
In their congratulatory letter dated April 15, 2022 and signed by the President of the Organization, Chief (Dr.) Pius Chikezie, NiNA said that Chief Ahiwe’s appointment did not come as a surprise considering his leadership prowess, interpersonal skills and willingness to serve his people.
Expressing the confidence of Ntigha people that Chief Ahiwe will excel in his new assignment, the message said: “We are very proud and honoured that the cock is crowing from our homestead. Our prayer is that you will thrive on the challenges and opportunities this appointment brings your way.”
NiNA also used the opportunity to thank Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for finding Chief Ahiwe worthy of the exalted office.
It would be recalled that Chief Okey Ahiwe who hails from Umuire Village in Eziama Ntigha Autonomous Community, Isiala-Ngwa North LGA, Abia State, was appointed Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State on Wednesday, April 14, 2022. His appointment has generated unprecedented commendations from distinguished personalities, political stakeholders, community leaders and other notable individuals and groups within and outside Abia State.
