The General Manager Abia State Tourism Board Miss Jackie Onyekachi Atuloma in preparation for the 2022 world Tourism day celebration in Abia state, yesterday met with the with the leadership of Akwaaba Travel Market, Travellers Magazine and Atq News to fine tone all necessary arrangements ahead of the best world tourism day celebration in Abia state.
The Abia Tourism Boss unveiled programs lined up for the 2022 World tourism day in Abia which include, Beauty contest, old school days, comedy and many more and seek for the support and endorsement of this year’s program holding in Abia state.
She also used the opportunity to make a case for the leading hotels in Abia state to promoters of hospitality in Nigeria as there are ongoing plans to promote 100 hotels in Niger and Abia as a home of hospitality can’t be left out.
The Publisher Travellers magazine in his response promised to include the best top 10 hotel in Abia into their program.
Abia state will be taking part in the 2022 Akwaaba celebration and will given a stand like other top world tourist cities including Dubai, Turkey, Ethiopia, Ghana and Gambia to showcase their Tourism potentials.
The GM ABSTB was received by the Organizer of Akwaaba and publisher of Travellers Magazine Amb Ikechi Uko and Deborah Olukayode, Akwaaba Project Officer at their Headquarters, Lagos State Nigeria.
