…. AS HE PLAYED HOST TO PDP STAKEHOLDERS FROM ISIALA NGWA NORTH
A stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party from Isiala Ngwa North, Mr. Chukwudi Jackson Eke has expressed gratitude to the state Governor, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, and by extension to the Leadership of the PDP in the State for their choice of Professor Uchenna Eleazar Ikonne as the Party’s Governorship Candidate in next year’s General Elections, expressing optimism that Prof Ikonne if elected will not disappoint Abians, as he has a lot to offer.
Mr. Eke, who is an aba based business mogul made the remarks when he played a dinner host for all the party’s leaders and stakeholders from Isiala Ngwa North and beyond at his Umuokuza, Amapu Ntigha ancestral home over the weekend, also used the occasion to commend the likes of the chief of staff to the Governor, Chief Okey Ahiwe and the Hon Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Rt. Hon. Prince Christopher Enweremadu for the able way they’ve been piloting the affairs of the party in Isiala Ngwa North, maintaining that he’s poised and ready to support the party in ensuring total victory for all her candidates in next year’s general elections.
In their separate remarks at the event, the Chief of staff to the Governor, Chief Okey Ahiwe, as well as the Hon Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Rt. Hon. Prince Christopher Enweremadu commended the host, Mr. Jackson Eke for his unrelentless efforts and support to the PDP in Isiala Ngwa North, adding that his support has gone a long way in strengthening the party in Amapu Ntigha ward 8, and called all sons and daughters of people of Isiala Ngwa North to key into the PDP’S 5/5 mantra, as according to them, that’s the only way to go.
The event witnessed goodwill messages from several stakeholders including the Abia state Focal person on social investment Programme, Mr. Chinenye Nwaogu, The LGA Party Chairman, Elder Sam Esindu, the PDP candidate for Obingwa West state constitutency, Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu, and the leader of the PDP in Amapu Ntigha ward 8, Surveyor Chris Nwanevu, while the member Representing Aba North/South Federal constituency at the green chamber, Hon Chimaobi Ebisike, Executive Chairman of Isiala Ngwa South, Chief Iyke Anyatonwu, the Deputy Chairman of Isiala Ngwa North, Hon Chuks Amaike, and his Isiala Ngwa South counterpart, Hon Chimeremeze Nwankwo, the leader, Isiala Ngwa North legislative council, Hon Chimaobi Alozu, the Chairman Civil service commission, Elder Victor Azumara, the General Manager of Abia State Synage and advertisement agency, Hon Tony Otuonye were Among the dignitaries that graced the event.
