Leading Guber Aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for Abia State PDP Governorship primary’s Chief Okey Ahiwe was received today at Sam Mbakwe Airport by Abians from all works of life after a successful PDP Governorship screening exercise which took place at the party headquarters in Abuja.
Chief Okey Ahiwe a former Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of the state Dr Okezie Ikpeazu few nights ago declared his interest to run for the Governor of Abia State, after the death of Prof Uchenna Ikonne.
Prof Ikonne died on the 25th of January 2023 after a brief illness.
