The former Governor of Abia State and the Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District , TA Orji is alive, hale and hearty.
Some select journalists paid a visit to his home and confirmed he is not dead.
According to TA Orji, “The rumour doesn’t bother me. I am not perturbed. I am not disturbed. I am used to very serious rumours like this but you have seen that I am alive and healthy. Dead person dey talk?”.
The former Abia Governor who also reacted to the news of his blindness described it as laughable and asked how he was able to identify the journalists by their faces and names.
He also emphasized that even at 71 , he does not use eye glasses.
On what he wished for those who wished him dead, TA Orji said “If you wish me well, God will wish you well, if you wish me bad, evil will follow you. And that is what I am wishing those who wish me dead, death will follow them.
Some of them will even die before me and I will be here kamkpe”.
