Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has been sworn into office as President, Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kayode Ariwoola, administered the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kayode Ariwoola, administered the oath of office on Tinubu at exactly 10:37am.
He mounted the podium alongside his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu; former President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha Buhari stood behind Tinubu as he took oath of office.
Earlier, Kashim Shettima took the oath as Vice-President as exactly 10:28am.
