Brand new Governor of Rivers state Sir Sim Fubara to payed an unscheduled visit to Rivers state Workers Secretariat Port Harcourt, he was received by workers at the Secretariat.
He wrote “As part my determination to improve service delivery I toured the State Secretariat this morning. It was indeed a reassuring visit which elicited excitement from the civil servants. With God we shall work to improve the system for efficiency”.
