Member elect for Obingwa East state Constituency Hon Solomon Akpulonu and Emereuwa Emmanuel of Aba south state constituency will face each other at the floor of the Abia state House of Assembly.
This is coming after the Governor Dr Alex Otti failed to get the 24 members elect to towards his line of direction by electing Emmanuel Emereuwa as the speaker of the 8th Assembly.
The Governor Dr Alex otti will issue the proclamation himself at the state assembly located at ogurube layout umuahia, advance team of the Governor are already at the complex.
