The Governor of Abia State Dr Alex Otti has appointed popular hip hop singer Martins Okechukwu Justice Popularly known as Jmartins as Special Assistant on Tourism and Entertainment, the Governor also approved appoint of Hon Iheanacho Obioma Chomen as his Special Adviser on Political affairs, in a release signed by the Chief Press Secretary Kazie Uko, the list includes:
