Tribunal reserves Judgement in Petition filed by Ex-Abia Assembly Speaker Chinedum Orji of PDP against Obi Aguocha of LP.
The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahia the Abia State Capital has reserved Judgement in the Petition filed by immediate past Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji against the declaration of Hon Obinna Aguocha of Labor Party as the Member Representing Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency by INEC.
Chinedum Orji who was the candidate of the PDP in the 2023 National Assembly for Ikwuano Umuahia prayed the Tribunal to declare him as the winner of the election.
The Tribunal Chairman Justice Abubakar Kutigi after adopting their final addresses reserved judgement to a later date to be communicated to the parties.
