The Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, the Imo state capital, has sacked Senator Athan Achonu as the Gubernatorial candidate of the Labour Party in the November 11th 2023 Governorship election in the state.
The Appeal court ordered INEC to publish all the candidates produced by the Apapa led Labour Party working committee in Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa state.
