The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has set aside September 16th 2023 as the judgment date in the case brought before it by the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party Mr. Peter Obi and the Labour Party against Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC.
Obi is praying for the court to nullify the election of President Tinubu on the grounds that he didn’t get the total number of votes cast, didn’t meet with the 25% Constitutional requirement in Abuja, in the FCT, Transmission of result online etc
