The election petition tribunal has sitting in Benin city, the Edo state capital, has upheld the election of Sen. Adams Oshomhole as the Senator Representing Edo North Senatorial District in the Red chamber.
The Judge in its ruling dismissed the case brought before it by the candidate of the PDP in the February 25th National Assembly Election, Senator Francis Alimikhena, for lack of merit.
