The Abia State National Assembly Election petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia the Abia state capital has upheld the election of Hon Obi Aguocha of the Labour Party as the dully elected Member to represent Ikwuano/Umuahia federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
The three man panel dismissed the case filed by the former Speaker of the Abia state House of Assembly Rt Hon Chinedum Orji.
