The National Assembly Election Tribunal sitting in Umuahia the capo city of Abia State has upheld the election of Senator Darlington Nwokocha as the duly elected Senator Representing Abia Central district in the Red Chamber.
The Tribunal dismissed the petition filed by the candidate of the PDP Col. Austin Akobundu (Rtd) for lack of merit.
