National Assembly Election Tribunal sitting in umuahia the Abia state has upheld the election of Hon. Ginger Onwusibe as the duly elected Rep. Member for Isiala Ngwa Federal Constituency.
The Tribunal dismissed the petition filed by the candidate of PDP in the 2023 National Assembly Election Prof ACB Agbazuere for lacking merit.
Prof Agbazuere and Hon Ginger has been in and out of the court room since after the primary election that produced Prof Agbazuere as House of Representatives candidate of PDP and Hon Ginger as Labour Party candidate.
