Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the inauguration of the Tripartite committee on the new national minimum committee.
The inauguration of the Tripartite committee will take place on Tuesday 30th of January 2024.
A letter cited by naijadailyng247 and signed by the Secretary to the Government of the federation Senator George Akume, puts the venue at Council chamber Presidential Villa by noon.
Members of the National Committee will be drawn from the Government and the organized Labour.
The committee will review the 30,000 minimum wage and make recommendations on a new minimum wage with will take effect from April 2024.
