Former Executive Chairman Umuahia South and former Member Representing Umuahia South State Constituency in the Abia state House of Assembly Hon Jerry Uzosike have dumped the People’s Democratic Party in Abia state, this is coming few hours after meeting the Governor of Abia state Dr Alex Otti.
According Hon jerry his move is for the interest of his people, according close sources he is set to join the ruling Labour Party in Abia state to actualize his dream of going to House of reps.
Hon Jerry Uzosike served as Transition Committee Chairman under the thenPDP led Administration in Abia state, served as a local Government chairman and was elected into the Abia state House of Assembly where he served from 2019 to 2023, he lost his reelection in 2023.
