Former Executive Chairman Isiala Ngwa North Hon Ike Anyatonwu has resigned his membership of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Chief Anyatonwu served as a Commissioner, Transition Committee chairman and was elected as the Executive Chairman Isiala Ngwa South under the Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu led Administration.
In a letter addressed to The Ward Chairman of People’s Democratic Party, Okporo Ahaba Ward 10 in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State, Chief Anyatonwu thanked the party for the opportunity to serve and wished the Party Success in their future endeavors.
According to close sources, he will be joining the All Progressive Congress, the APC, as the mass defection rocking the PDP in Abia State continues.
