Enugu State Governor Dr. Peter Mbah and his Oyo state counterpart Engr Seyi Makinde will be storming Umuahia the capital city of Abia State on the 1st of June 2024, for the Grand Civic Reception organized by the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Abia state, in conjunction with People’s Democratic Institute (PDI) in honor of the Chairman Board of trustees of the party and former Senate President of the Federal Republic, Senator Adolphus Wabara.

The chairman Central planning Committee and immediate past Deputy Governor Rt Hon Ude Okochukwu who disclosed this during a press briefing held in Umuahia the Abia state capital and the event will be held at Trademore event center (former Isi-gate) and the time is 10am prompt.
He described Senator Wabara as a true leader who has given his best to the development of the party, Abia and Nigeria in General.
On the defection rocking the PDP in Abia State, the former Deputy Governor disclosed that the party is not missing anybody.
