Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara has officially submitted a list of nominees for screening and confirmation as Commissioners. The request was addressed to the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo, and follows the guidelines of Section 192 of the 1999 Constitution, as amended.
