Abuja, Nigeria – Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has vowed that he will never support Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, in any of his future political endeavors. Wike made this declaration during an interview on *Channels Television’s Politics Today* on Friday, citing a breakdown in trust between the two.
Wike accused Governor Fubara of lying against him and engaging in conflict with individuals who were instrumental in bringing him to power. When asked about the call by the people of Ogoni and oyibo to produce the next governor of Rivers State in 2027, Wike stated firmly that he would not, at any point in his political career, collaborate with Governor Fubara.
