Hon. Emeka Adiele, a chieftain of the Labour Party in Ukwa West, Abia State, paid a congratulatory visit to Nigeria’s Paralympic Silver Medalist, Miss Esther Ogechika Nworgu, at her hometown in Umuaka Asa, Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State earlier today.
