The Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, will swear in the newly elected Council Chairmen today, Sunday, October 6, 2024. The ceremony will take place at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt, at 4:00 pm.
The newly elected Chairmen are requested to arrive with one guest each and be seated by 3:30 pm for the event.
