The National Coalition Group (NNCG) has formally applied to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the registration of a new political party named the All Democratic Alliance (ADA).
In a letter dated June 19, 2025, and received by INEC on June 20, the group requested official recognition of the ADA as a political party. The application was signed by Chief Akin A. Rickets, the association’s Protem National Chairman.
According to the letter, the request follows a resolution by the NNCG to sponsor ADA for full registration. The party’s slogan is “Justice for All”, and its emblem, flag, and manifesto were submitted alongside the application.
Also included in the documentation were the party’s constitution, detailing its structure and legal framework, as well as minutes of key meetings in accordance with Sections 40 and 222 of the Nigerian Constitution and Section 75 of the Electoral Act (2022).
The group expressed optimism for prompt action from INEC to facilitate the registration process.
