To mark his two years in office, the Ebonyi State Commissioner for Works, Engr. Stanley Mbam, has empowered 26 businessmen with a total of ₦30 million. The beneficiaries received various sums ranging from ₦2 million, ₦1.5 million, to ₦1 million to either start or expand their businesses.
