The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has announced the commencement of its Local Post-Graduate (Master’s Degree) Scholarship Programme for the 2025/2026 academic year. The initiative aims to build human capacity in the Niger Delta by equipping young graduates with essential training and skills.

 

Applicants must be indigenes of the Niger Delta, under 40 years of age, and hold either a First Class, Second Class Upper/Lower Bachelor’s Degree, or an HND with Upper Credit plus a Post Graduate Diploma.

 

Application Process:

Candidates are to apply online via www.nddc.gov.ng. Shortlisted applicants will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in Akwa Ibom, Delta, and Rivers States. A minimum CBT score of 70% is required for further consideration, including an oral interview.
