The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has declared musician Darlington Okoye, popularly known as Speed Darlington, wanted for alleged involvement in rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.
The agency is urging anyone with credible information about his whereabouts to contact them immediately.
