The Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF), under the leadership of its Chairman, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State, has awarded a generous cash gift of ₦360 million to Nigeria’s national women’s football team, the Super Falcons.

According to a reliable source at the NGF Secretariat, each of Nigeria’s 36 states contributed ₦10 million, culminating in the total sum of ₦360 million presented to the team.
The Nigeria female National Team the super Falcons defeated Moroccans female National Team by 3 goals to 2 to win the 2024 wafcon competition.
