Abuja – The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board has reopened its recruitment portal specifically for corrections to applications submitted before the recent system upgrade.

In a statement signed by Maj. Gen. (Rtd.) AM Jibril, Secretary to the Board, applicants who submitted their details before the upgrade can now access and correct their records via https://update.cdcfib.gov.ng.
Applicants are urged to verify and update their information, after which a new application slip will be generated, maintaining the original Application ID.
The Board clarified that this update portal is strictly for earlier submissions. Applicants who submitted new applications after the upgrade will not see their entries on this portal, as the new data has overridden the previous submissions.
All concerned applicants are encouraged to complete their updates promptly.
