Former Minister of Transportation and prominent political figure, Rotimi Amaechi, has revealed that all opposition members in the current alliance are automatically members of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). However, he emphasized that the ultimate goal remains the registration and adoption of the African Democratic Alliance (ADA) as the coalition’s preferred political platform.
Speaking on the challenges facing the alliance, Amaechi accused the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of deliberately frustrating the registration of the ADA.

“All opposition members in the alliance are automatically members of the ADC, but we are not stopping there,” Amaechi stated. “ADA is the preferred option, but the dishonest INEC chairman is preventing ADA registration. We are still working to bring the ADA on board.”
