The deal, signed earlier in January and approved by the NCC in June 2025, allows 9mobile to piggyback on MTN’s infrastructure to deliver coverage. This means that wherever there is MTN service, 9mobile users can now connect seamlessly — especially Android users who may have struggled with signal loss in the past.
