It has come to the notice of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Ovungwu Ward 8 on a publication by some persons parading themselves as leaders and stakeholders of the party in Ovungwu Ward 8, suspending some members of the party in the ward, an action which is contrary to the constitution of the PDP.
To this end, we want to state as follows:
That Chinatu Nwosu, is still the Chairman of PDP in Ovungwu Ward 8, alongside all the Exco members elected with him.
Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku, the former Executive Chairman of Isiala Ngwa South LGA, is still a member and leader of PDP in Ovungwu Ward 8.
That Hon. Nnaemeka Nwogu former TC Chairman of the LGA, is still a member and leader of PDP in Ovungwu ward 8.
That Chinkere Jinanwa, Georgina Eluwa, Richard Friday, and Chimezie Alamba, so mentioned in the fake suspension letter, are still excos and members of PDP in Ovungwu ward 8
That Hon. Chimeremeze Nwankwo, Hon. Obinna Gema, Hon. Ndubuisi Ukah.,Hon. Esinwoko Mark, Hon. Chigozie Iwuoha, Hon. Philip Nwankpa remains suspended from the party until further notice.
