The State Government has announced the cancellation of the Monthly Environmental Sanitation Exercise for July, originally scheduled for Saturday, July 27th.
According to the Commissioner for Information, Prince Okey Kanu, the decision was made to allow for the commissioning of several projects in Arochukwu by State Governor Dr. Alex Otti. The cancellation will enable residents to travel freely and participate in the event.
Prince Kanu made this announcement on Monday during a press briefing at Government House Umuahia, following this week’s Executive Council meeting presided over by Governor Otti.
