Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (CDA), popularly known as Ofuji, has strongly condemned the continued and senseless killings of innocent citizens in Benue State, describing them as tragic and unacceptable.
In a heartfelt statement titled “Enough is Enough,” Anyaso decried the brutal loss of lives, emphasizing that the victims are not mere statistics but real people with families, dreams, and futures.
“My heart goes out to the people of Benue, who have suffered immeasurably in recent times. This cycle of violence must end,” he said.
He called on the Federal Government, security agencies, and all relevant authorities to take immediate and decisive action—not only to apprehend the perpetrators but also to prevent further bloodshed.
“No community in Nigeria deserves to live in constant fear, and no government can afford to treat such tragedies with silence or delay,” he added.
Dr. Anyaso reaffirmed his solidarity with the people of Benue, praying for the souls of those lost and demanding that justice must not be delayed.
