The Rivers State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development has sealed a hotel owned by Mr. Samuel Nwanosike, popularly known as Ishi Bambae, the former Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area (LGA). The action was taken due to violations of development control and non-compliance with building regulations.

This move underscores the state government’s commitment to enforcing urban planning laws and maintaining the integrity of development projects across the region.
