The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, sitting in Abuja, has issued a public summons to Yahaya Adoza Bello, Umar Shuaibu Oricha, and Abdulsalami Hudu. The court, under the jurisdiction of Hon. Justice Maryann E. Anenih, is set to hear a case of alleged criminal breach of trust and unlawful possession of property against the trio.

According to court documents, Yahaya Adoza Bello is being summoned over offenses committed between 2016 and 2023. The charges include a violation of Section 311 of the Penal Code Law Cap. 89 Laws of Northern Nigeria 1963, relating to criminal breach of trust, punishable under Section 312 of the same law. Additionally, the possession of property suspected to be unlawfully obtained, punishable under Section 319A, is also cited.

The summons requires Yahaya Adoza Bello to appear before the Federal Capital Territory High Court of Justice on the 14th of November, 2024, at 9:00 AM to answer to the complaint.
