President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called on governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to do more in addressing the concerns of Nigerians at the grassroots level.

Speaking during the APC National Executive Council (NEC) meeting held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the President urged the governors to show leadership by bringing visible progress to their respective states.
“Nigerians are still complaining at the grassroots to you, the governors. You have to wet the grass small and lead the way in delivering progressive change to Nigerians,” President Tinubu said.
He emphasized the need for the party’s elected officials to live up to the expectations of the people, particularly at a time when economic and social challenges remain a concern for many citizens.
